Dental hygiene is the most important thing a person can take care of.
Our student learned today about important dental hygiene habits, about healthy nutrition that promotes healthy teeth and those that do not.
So, you should all brush your teeth at least twice a day, floss everyday, eat lots of crunchy food, and food that contain calcium. Of course dont be hesitant to visit the dentist every while.
