How To Apply

Our Lady of Grace International School (OLGIS) is proud of its diverse student population and of its International students. Our International students currently make up 50% of our student body and hail from 20 countries. We welcome the valuable perspective our International students bring to our community and encourage students from around the world to apply for admission.

Being an exceptionally close learning community, OLGIS is equally caring as it is challenging. We are blessed to have a diverse multinational student body that is talented, innovative, thoughtful, and friendly. If you are a motivated, high-achieving student who is interested in being part of a distinctive academic community, OLGIS is definitely a great match for you.

OLGIS accepts students for September enrollment only. Our deadline for applying for first-round admission is January 31st. After January 31st, admission to OLGIS is on a space-available basis. Decisions are made on a rolling basis until the available positions for each grade are filled. All applicants must arrange for an interview through OLGIS Admission Office. Please contact us during office hours.

We are currently accepting applications for students at all grade levels in the Pre-School, Elementary, Middle and High School. We encourage you to apply as soon as possible. Submit an application even before your relocation plans are definite.

Make an appointment at your earliest convenience for a first-hand introduction to our classrooms and program. We know that seeing our student-centered learning in action will help you understand the world of learning that our school offers. We invite your child to spend a half day or entire school day at OLGIS. There is no better way to see if OLGIS is the right fit for your child. Your child will spend the day (or half a day) shadowing an OLGIS student by attending classes & club meetings together, and enjoying lunch in the Cafeteria. Your child will be introduced to administrators, faculty, and students throughout the day. Prospective students may visit on any available, Wednesday, or Friday between September 30 and May 30.

Our Open House is a great opportunity to visit campus and learn more about life at OLGIS during this fun and interactive event. Visiting families will have a personal campus tour, and get to meet with teachers, coaches, and leaders of extracurricular activities.

OLGIS considers students of any race, religion, sect, color, national origin, and ethnic origin to all the rights, privileges, programs, and activities generally accorded or made available to students at the school. It does not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, sect, color, national origin, or ethnic origin in administration of its educational policies, admission policies, scholarship, and other school-administered programs.
