Activity: Drawing portraits 
Art is a combination of fun time and learning new skills that would be applicable not just in the art room but also in everyday life.
In this activity, the kids were having fun learning how to draw portraits of their classmates, they worked as a team holding up a transparent plastic to their classmate’s face while another drew the face details.
The children learned a variety of skills; body features, teamwork, and artistic skills.Doing portraits helps kids discover their artistic freedom, they convert what they see into a piece of art while working on motor skills, develop cognitive abilities, and understand shapes and size proportions.
